| Skye was born December
8, 2004,
and was
bred by Stephen & Jerri Brooks.
Skye came to
us as a 8 week old puppy in January 2005. The quality and
temperment of Skye is like nothing we had ever owned in a Sheltie.
Because of her quality we her inclinded to pursue the
best Shelties and actively show them. Although Skye excells
in structure, she lacks in other qualities that would allow her to be
shown, but her qualities have shown in the whelping box. Skye has whelped puppies with our Sable boy Pollo and they have produced very nice type. Sefra is one of their puppies that is currently being shown. Skye is the product of old Sea Isle lines. Skye has a nice pedigree, out of 62 dogs in his 5 generation pedigree, approximately 42% are AKC & CKC Champions and 22% are ROMs. According to Sheltie Pedigree Lines website, Skye is inbred/linebred (calculated on 10 generations) of 1.77 % on:
